All prices are in Indian Rupees. Each product page states whether GST is included or calculated at checkout. For online orders, review the final tax, delivery charge and total at checkout before confirming. Prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.

Hand block printed pieces are printed one at a time, so colours and print placement vary slightly from piece to piece and from what a screen shows. A variation of about ±5% is the nature of the craft, not a defect.

Place online orders through Buy Now and pay securely using Razorpay. Orders are confirmed after payment verification. WhatsApp is for messages and support. Cash on delivery is available at serviceable Indian addresses without an extra COD fee. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Other available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment. Rental dates, deposit and return conditions are confirmed in the rental booking flow; custom designs require a quote and approval before production. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion; if we cancel, you are told and anything you have paid is refunded in full. You may cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch.

Orders are dispatched from Sanganer, Jaipur in 2–3 working days and delivered in 4–7 working days across India. Delivery is free on orders of ₹1,499 and above and ₹79 below that. Full details are on the shipping page.

You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece that is unworn, unwashed, original tags and packaging. Manufacturing defects are replaced in full. The returns page sets out how to raise a request, what is not returnable, and how and when refunds are paid.

Trade orders are governed by the terms on the wholesale page — minimum quantities, payment terms, lead times and quality tolerances — and by the proforma invoice we issue for each order.
