Privacy policy
The Baisa is a brand of Pushpraj Fashion, 46, Sachivalaya Vihar, Near Riico Kanta Chauraha, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India (“we”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use thebaisa.co.in, message us or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect
- When you order. Online checkout stores your selected products, quantities, name, contact and delivery address in our database. Razorpay handles payment and returns a payment reference and status; we do not store your card details, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Shopify receives the order details needed to reserve and fulfil Shopify-listed products. If you choose Shopify COD checkout, you enter your delivery information on that store. For cash-on-delivery we do not receive any card or bank details. If you pay by UPI or bank transfer, we see the transaction reference your bank or UPI app shares with us — never your PIN or full account credentials.
- Rentals and custom designs. Rental booking continues to our Shopify store and FlexCon booking service. Submitting the custom-design form saves your brief and contact details in our database for our team to review. Share only the measurements and reference details needed for your design.
- When you send a wholesale enquiry. The business name, contact person, phone, email, city, GSTIN where you give it, and what you are looking to stock. The form also records the time of submission and a hashed form of your IP address, used only to stop automated abuse.
- When you browse. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to serve and secure the site. Where we run analytics or advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), those tools set cookies and collect device and usage information as described in their own policies; we use the aggregate to understand which pages and products people look at.
- What we do not do. We do not offer customer accounts, we do not collect passwords, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Why we use it
- To confirm, pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email, including size advice.
- To respond to trade enquiries and, where you go on to buy, to raise GST invoices.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with tax and accounting law.
- To send you updates about new pieces or offers only if you have asked for them. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or writing to us.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently up to eight years). WhatsApp conversations are kept while they are useful for serving you and then deleted. Wholesale enquiries that do not lead to a trade account are deleted after twelve months. Server logs are rotated within a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it where we no longer need it, or to stop marketing messages. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Stored on this device
A few things are kept in your own browser’s storage so the site remembers them between pages. Your saved bag also synchronises with our server. Clearing this site’s data removes the local copies; it does not erase order or payment records held by us. WhatsApp is used only when you choose to message us.

Your name, address and contact details are not saved in this entry. It is removed after payment is confirmed or when this tab session ends.

baisa.unit.v1Kept until you clear it- Whether you read the size charts in inches or centimetres, so they open the way you left them.
baisa.phone-scene.v1Kept until you clear it- Whether this phone ran the moving 3D scene smoothly, so a slow phone is not asked to try again.
baisa.cache-reset.v1Kept until you clear it- That this browser has once cleared old copies of our product pages, so it is not asked to again (until 15 November 2026).
