Ordering & payment
How do I buy directly on the website?
Select your piece and size, then choose Buy Now. You can pay securely through Razorpay at checkout. You can also add several pieces to your bag and choose Buy Now there. Price, availability and delivery are confirmed before payment.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available at serviceable Indian addresses with no extra COD charge. For Shopify catalogue pieces, choose Continue for Cash on Delivery at checkout; the address and available payment methods are confirmed in our Baisa store checkout.
What is WhatsApp used for?
WhatsApp is for messages and product or order support. Place your order using Buy Now on this website and complete online payment securely through Razorpay.
I have a code from a printed catalogue. Will it still work?
Usually, yes — type it into the shop search. A few of our older catalogues used a different numbering, so if a code does not resolve, send it to us on WhatsApp with a photo of the page and we will find the piece.
Sizes
Do you have my size?
Sizes run from 2XS to 8XL across the range, and plus sizes are pattern-made separately rather than scaled up from a medium. Each product page lists the sizes that style is graded in — a size that is not listed is not made in that style, which is different from being out of stock.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch in 2–3 working days from our unit in Sanganer, Jaipur, and delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after that. Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above; ₹79 flat below.
Where is my parcel?
Your AWB number is shared on WhatsApp the day we dispatch. Send it to us and a person will tell you where your parcel is.
Returns
Can I return it?
Within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed, original tags and packaging. Manufacturing defects are replaced in full.
Care & colour
The colour looks slightly different from the photo. Is that normal?
Yes. Our hand block printed pieces are printed one at a time with plant-based and mineral dyes, so small variations between pieces are inherent to the craft. No two are identical — that is the beauty of handmade. If something looks genuinely wrong, send us a photo.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent, do not soak, dry in shade and iron on reverse. Heavier sets keep their shape best folded, not hung.

About our photographs: were they made with AI?
Some product photographs on this site were made or edited with an AI tool. We have not yet confirmed how every photograph on this site was made. Where nothing is known yet of how a piece’s photographs were made, its product page says so. Where a piece’s photographs carry the AI tool’s visible mark — we leave it in place — or are known to come from one, its product page says:
“Some photographs of this piece were made or edited with an AI tool, so the setting and some details may differ from the garment. Ask us on WhatsApp for an unedited photo before you order.”
Wholesale
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Minimum 5 pieces per style in any size and colour mix, with a first order from ₹15,000. Trade margin for stockists is 42%+.
Do you make custom or private-label pieces?
Yes, from 100 pieces per style. We manufacture in our own 30-machine unit, so we can work to your specification.
