Choosing a maternity or nursing gown online
A maternity gown and a nursing gown can meet different dressing needs. Before ordering, check the exact style’s opening and measurements rather than relying on the collection name alone.

Confirm the feeding opening for the exact style
Ask where the opening sits, how it fastens and how much access it provides. A print or a loose silhouette does not show these details reliably. If the listing does not explain the opening, send the product name and ask for a description or close-up.
The Baisa MomCare range includes Morpankh and Checkered nursing gowns. Do not assume they use identical openings or closures; confirm the detail for the gown you choose.
Use current measurements and ask about ease
Measure bust, waist and hip comfortably without tightening the tape. Compare these with the body chart, then ask for the finished garment measurements if you need to understand how much room the gown provides.
The body chart is not a promise of fit throughout every stage of pregnancy or after delivery. Describe your current dressing needs, preferred looseness and any area where you need more room. Avoid guessing future measurements from a standard size label.
Check length, sleeves and daily care
Consider the gown length for walking and sitting, the sleeve opening and how easily you can put it on. Tell the team your height and preferred finished length when requesting an alteration.
Read the specific fabric and washing information. If the listing is unclear about lining, opacity or wash care, confirm it before buying. A general cotton collection description should not replace the details of the selected garment.
Confirm delivery and return eligibility
Check your size selection and delivery pincode before paying. Catalogue orders follow the published shipping policy; a customised length or new size needs its own confirmed production schedule.
Eligible unused standard garments have a seven-day return window subject to the published conditions. Customised and altered pieces are excluded from the standard policy. Discuss the final measurements before approving alterations.
